TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking services with Allure Bites & Delights, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until both are received.

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is due at booking

  • The remaining balance is due prior to the event date (outlined in proposal)

  • Custom quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change

 

2. Guest Count & Final Details

Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 5–7 days prior to the event.

  • Pricing may be adjusted based on final guest count

  • Increases may be accommodated based on availability

  • Reductions may not result in a price decrease once finalized

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable due to date reservation and preparation

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to full payment

  • In certain cases, events may be rescheduled based on availability

 

4. Service Time & Overtime

Service time begins at the agreed-upon start time.

  • Additional time may be requested in advance or during the event

  • Overtime is billed at $150 per hour (or as outlined in proposal)

 

5. Setup Requirements

Client agrees to provide a suitable space for setup.

  • Minimum 6–8 ft space required

  • Access to power may be required depending on service

  • Setup typically begins prior to event start time

  • Allure Bites & Delights is not responsible for delays due to venue restrictions

 

6. Travel & Location

  • Travel fees may apply outside of DFW, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio metro areas

  • Parking must be accessible and provided if required by venue

 

7. Customization & Menu

Menu selections and customizations must be finalized in advance.

  • Substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability

  • Custom menu requests are subject to approval and pricing adjustments

 

8. Liability

Allure Bites & Delights is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions or dietary restrictions of guests

  • Damage caused by guests or third parties

  • Conditions outside of our control (weather, venue issues, etc.)

Clients are responsible for informing guests of any food-related considerations.

 

9. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

For outdoor events:

  • A covered or shaded area must be provided

  • In case of severe weather, accommodations must be made

  • We reserve the right to pause or adjust service for safety reasons

 

10. Branding & Photos

We may photograph events for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer your event not be photographed, please notify us in writing

 

11. Right to Refuse Service

Allure Bites & Delights reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Working conditions are unsafe

  • There is inappropriate or disruptive behavior

 

12. Agreement

By submitting a deposit and booking services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
